Coffee: The Insidious Evil

When I went to China the first time, I gave up Diet Mt. Dew. I have, on occasion, fallen off the wagon since then and gone through Dew-drinking phases-mostly at times when I needed more hours in the day and had to find them through massive amounts of caffeine. I can't believe I'm saying this (because I hate their commercials) but have you tried 5 hour energy? It's supposed to be one heck of an energy booster, for 5 calories a bottle.

Just a thought.

Fat-free milk in coffee? Surely, you jest. Cream, baby - the liquid kind, even if it's light @ 30 cals. per tbsp - but it's gotta be the real deal. Otherwise, why bother? That powdered stuff is nasty.
