Not exactly sure how I did it except maybe that I ate a lot less than I thought I did. I had a couple double-workout days, too, so that might've had something to do with it. In any event, when I saw the scale winking at 192 last week, that must've been when the statistical "noise" was at a peak rather than a low, because since then, I've apparently ( Read more... )

Did your nutritionist explain to you what's meant by "moderate intensity" exercise? What you're doing sounds to me (and mine :)) like high intensity, which could account for how quickly you're dropping.
