That sounds really yummy -- but awfully involved. I don't think I'll be trying to make this but I wish I could taste the final results!

It really is less involved than it sounds, especially if you use boneless skinless trimmed chicken breast or thighs---then it's just shred and ready to go. I swear it's worth it.
