I DON'T CURR I'VE MISSED HAVING CIVILIZED MANGA CONVERSATION ON MY LJ.
Seriously the past entries I've posted about Bleach and Naruta had contained nothing but disdain. People might have wondered why I even bother anymore, in the end, I wondered the same thing myself.
I lost interest in the anime after the bount arc, as for the manga I think it was sometime after the Soul Society arc. I read some chapters but mainly kept up with the reviews on randomc, so I knew what was going on. I completely lost interest after Ulquiorra died and Grimmjow's fate was left unknown (still is?). Then the battle in fake Karakura or something and characters almost dying but not dying and unexpectedly dying for good (for the time being anyway) and Ichigo getting like his bazillionth power up putting the entire cast of Dragonball to shame. And I really got irritated by Aizen's constant 'ahaha I may look shocked for a fraction of a second when Ichigo pulled that unexpected move, but the truth is I knew that move was coming as I had planned three hundred

Seriously I type while reading over a comment or an entry and that's why my comments end up monumentally long. In school writing a 500 word essay once a month was already torture and lol look at me now. I average like 500 words per-entry nowadays x3 I saw someone on Omona the other day that wrote like a sentence in a comment and she was already like 'whoa that was long' and rn I'm about to go guuuurl you did not see our introduction comments earlier.
That's one of the reason why I find the FMA series so realistic (as realistic as a manga about alchemists can be of course) because the mangaka isn't afraid to have main characters die or sacrificial something precious to them like an arm or a leg or even their whole body. If you're interested in action/adventure, shounen type stories where the main theme of the story is loyalty and friendship and bond, where the guys get to kick ass and the girls actually kick more ass ( here's a basic list of the awesome list of FMA's bad ass female characters than the guys and the whole story unfolds
