i was wonder since i'm doing Stefan and Elena, does every icon have to have them together for each one? or just most? or i can use this person in one icon and the other in another? or what?

You should definitely try and have Stefan and Elena in each icon.

Since I clearly wasn't think about the people who claimed couples when I made the category theme 'body parts' I guess you should probably focus on couples touching.
Some examples: hips, shoulders, hands, lips, foreheads, feet.

If there is like a scene of Stefan kissing Elena's forehead, just choose one of those body parts to be the focus of the icon, because it still technically counts.

If you have a lot of difficulties with it, let me know.

Nope you can have pictures. You just have to have one word in it.
