Things are growing. Household is relatively calm for once, thanks to various interventions. Small cat still panics at the least opportunity.

Glad to hear that relative calm has been achieved.

Our last cat pwas prone to panic all his life. We suspect it was because he was a rescue kitten born to a feral mother. Although his sister settled and calmed far more than he did, they were both at their most nervous when eating - they were caught by being distracted with food.
