It has 1307 days or 3 years, 6 months, 28 days since I've self-harmed.  I don't even think about the impulse anymore.

I still see my scars as a daily reminder of when my illness had a hold of my soul - but I've beaten it.

I wanted to share this with you.

Nice one! I haven't cut since October, 2010. Sometimes it is really hard but it's worth it.
