I know how bad Kentucky's cell phone reception can be. ;) My family sometimes goes down for family reunions on the border of West Virginia and Kentucky and you're lucky if you can get reception. Luckily our hotel was higher on one of the mountians and we got service there but hardly anywhere else. LOL :D
