Personally I detest Valentine's Day, but that's probably just because I'm bitter that I'm alone. Right. So I'm Not Impressed, especially after all the ick he's put you through! But that's really your call; if you think he acted like a dipshit because of his mad infatuation with you and not because he's ACTUALLY a dipshit, then hey, one date or whatever probably won't kill you. (Don't let him give you an ugly stuffed animal for Valentine's Day, though! Expensive chocolate is always better. XD )

And ack, I reallyreally hope you get those Clapton tickets!! Because, not to be a downer, but I've heard the Who are done touring because Pete's hearing has gotten so bad. But apparently Rog's said he'll perform into his 80s if he can. Love you, Dip. (And there are rumors in the tabloids about Mick & Keef not talking again, hence no more Stones tours, b/c of the tiny todger comment! BAD YEAR IF THIS IS ALL TRUE.)

Valentines Day is just a day - it doesn't mean anything, so it's okay to hate it. If this guy likes you it should be for every day, not just for Valentines Day - so don't stress about it.

It's still early days right? You've got to get to know him and let things develop and I'm sure if it's meant to be it will happen. Go out with him again and see how you get on. It's the only way you'll know if he really like you and if you really like him.

Attraction can grow over time, but if you're still not sure remember you don't have to go out with him just because he's asked you. Sounds like he's a bit confused himself if he's messed you about a bit and probably doesn't know how to ask out a girl he likes without looking like an idiot.

And fingers crossed you get Clapton tickets. Sadly, the Who have stopped touring for now. They did a gig last month and Pete's ears hurt so much poor bloke. The new album might be off as well.

I don't think the advice of a self-imposed social hermit would help you much here. I too dislike Valentine's Day. And as far as attraction, I've been on both sides; love at first sight as well as love taking its own sweet time to appear. My only advice is to never push what your head tells you away completely, no matter what your heart might want. If that makes sense. ;)

Man, now you've got me wanting to see Clapton too! XD As it is, I'm really just wishing that I might get the opportunity to see Pete perform live. I'd like to see The Who, as it stands, but I'm not really expecting it. But I'd just love to see Pete solo, really, at this point. It's slightly more likely to occur, and it might ease the sting over John.

And the gif brought back a pretty big AHDN flashback! LOLz! I love that movie.

Oh wow. I'm not the one to be asking advice in this with the no experience I have. LOL ;) I just hope whatever happens works out for the best.

As for Valentine's Day, I've always kind of liked it. It can be really cute for the little kids in school giving each other Valentines and having parties and I liked our in school when I was young. And for the couples that have been together for a long time. Being single for all of them so far, I just see it as another day just that my parents get me chocolates and there are usually great eps of my TV shows for my ships. LOL ;) But eventually I'll have future husband and I'll get to have the real Valentine's day for a change. :)

Great gif of Pattie!!! :D Speaking of The Beatles, I just joined up a new Beatles news commune on here so you might want to check that out. ;) Besides just watched "The Social Network", which was fantastic and a great movie, and they used "Baby Your a Rich Man" during the ending credits!!! :D

Omg, I just saw the Social Network last week too! Honestly, the thing I liked best about it was the music during the credits ;D The opening credits had one of the only modern-rock songs I like: "Ball and a Biscuit" by the White Stripes. XD

It did have really have some great music in it. ;)

My Valentine's Day actually went pretty good. :) My Dad ended up getting my Mom and me one of those Edible Arrangements, which is fruit and chocolate covered fruit arranged to look like flowers. :D It was good. ;) And I got to keep the stuffed bear that came with it and it's holding a strawberry. :)
