The Invention of Lying as an Ed Norton cameo (Fwee) and be careful with HOW I WON THE WAR if you have any affection for John. I cried.

The THING is awesome,Silence of the Lambs is pure brilliance and Paranormal Activiy is spooky as all hell. But it works best if you are spooked by that sort of thing or night time viewing.

Deliverance......Scarred me for life. The first bit of the movie -the reason WHY they take revenge- is not for....faint hearted persons. xD

One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest is also very good.

No no no by all means watch 'How I Won The War'!!! It's just the 'ending' for John's character is a bit of a hideous coincidence/shock if you don't know it beforehand.

Uhm,it is a LITTLE gory from what I remember. It was an alright film actually apart from what I'm about to tell you. xD
The scene I have the psychotic problem with is one of the hillbilly guys rapes the chubby dude while yelling SQUEAL LIKE A PIG. SQUEAL PIGGY SQUEAL and makes pig noises. Sadly,that line has become like...some infamous line for pop culture to quote or spoof and I twitch every time.

I <3 Psycho. All 4 of the original series and the remake. Hitchcock is directing GOD. I think Hitchcock is what got me all into mystery/suspense movies and books.

titanic needs to die in a fire. After having been rent in peaces. That's right, I purposely didn't capitalize it because it doesn't even deserve the courtesy of proper English.

Why, yes, I do hate titanic with a passion. Why do you ask?

Omg, isn't that SUCH a good movie? I can't even. I got so worked up about the ending. Talk about twisted (in too many meanings of the word)!

Yeah, I'm really not sure about watching Titanic. Everyone gets all mushy and obsessive over it, which most likely means that I, like you, will despise it. XD It seems like people get way too worked up over it. :S

I love, love, LOVE Psycho. Probably too much. Of course, Norman is based loosely on Ed Gein and I am fascinated by serial killers (esp. Gein), so... But it IS an amazing movie.

I actually couldn't watch all of titanic. Seriously. We were having a family movie night watching it shortly after it came out on video and I seriously was getting so bored I nearly fell asleep. I, literally, had to go into the kitchen and sit at the table and STARE AT THE WALL, by myself, in silence, to stay awake. I only went back into the room for the very end and relished in watching poor Leo die. Sorry for the spoiler, but I'm sure you already knew that anyway. I actually hated it so much that for about 5 years I refused to watch any movie he was in. Until I saw Catch Me If You Can. Which is actually a pretty decent movie, btw.

Also, pay attention to Billy Crudup at Russell in "Almost Famous". ;) He looks SO much like George Harrison!!! :D I noticed it the first time I saw it years ago. ;) That's why I'm hoping he'll get to play George in a film cuz I sure he could do it and he's a great actor!!! :D
