i'm SO sorry, i've updated 3x today.. but i'm on the HUGEST search for a ruffled short mini skirt.. inexpensive, 2O dollars & under. i've been searching for hours and i've found no luck.. please can someone help. this is for one of my best friends & if i got her one, i KNOW she'd love it. thank you so much. someone PLEASE help. *sigh* <3

Definitely try Forever 21. They have adorable clothes and they aren't very epensive...If worst comes to worst...Ebay..As odd as it sounds...Has name brand clothes with tags for super cheap...But since It's on-line the shipping might make it more than it would be at the mall.

Aw...If you can do it on-line...Check here. They have skirts in extra small and most of them are under $20...& Their shipping isn't all that bad.
