Wow, you're from a ways away.

It's a savory pancake with cabbage and meat, plenty of sauce. I make mine with soba but I can leave it out. Not everyone likes the noodles.

It's a Japanese dish made with whatever you like on it and in it. It's a savory pancake with cabbage and soba noodles and then some seafood or pork on top, tempura bits, seaweed and bonito.
