Heeeee, I have that exact same laptop. I've had overheating issues since I bought it. :( Do you have anything you can back up your files on before you get it checked out? (I have trust issues with anyone computer repair, as well. >.<) Hope you can get it fixed!

Yay, laptop twins! *glomps!* It really does overheat like a bitch, doesn't it? SIGH! Alas, I can't actually get Lappy to stay on long enough for me to back up anything, the only things that are backed up are my fics, and that's because I uploaded them on Google docs, heh.

Oh man, computer repair, ever since I've had a laptop, every time I've gotten one fixed, the hard drives ALWAYS GET WIPED WITHOUT FAIL FOR NO REASON ARGH! *rages!* I'm hoping it won't happen again this time, but knowing my luck...

*glomps back* It does! :( I can't remember a time where I *didn't* have to have a cooling pad under it. And it still kicks the fan up just having a browser open. :(
