Cute! But... anonymous April 19 2011, 22:14:22 UTC
Her kimono is on backwards. Only the dead & ghosts have the right side on top. She could be a ghost geisha!

Other than that, great plush :3

Oh...I didn't know. And I was afraid it would be the obi that I would get corrected on! I know tying it different ways means different things sometimes. Anyway...thanks. I'll fix it when I make others. (actually, I suppose I could just re-wrap the kimono.) I think I only did it that way because the pattern I modeled my pattern from had the right side on top in the photo. Or...I was envisioning it as if I were looking in a mirror.

Thanks! I always love hearing that people actually look at my blog!
The Wee Wonderful book is lovely! I had to renew it 3 times because I found it so cute and inspiring and didn't want to give it back to the library. I've decided that when that happens, I should just go buy the book! :)

If I find I like a book (after checking it out of the library) I just put it on my amazon wish list and wait for a holiday/birthday to roll around. A lot of the time I forget what's on the list so I'm surprised!
