There's this 1-up mushroom which is close...I would edit the mushroom cap so it is more conical.

this is basically my first plushie and im making it as a present so, im virtually lost @___@

From the photo it looks like the top of the mushroom cap is a circle cut in half, and in the center of each half is a small dart to add a little shape to the dome on top.
