today was rather fun:) i woke up about like 8ish to let linz in, and we went back to sleep. we woke up about 9:30 to ride our bikes over to the duncan park tennis courts for soccer. the trainer came and we stretched w/ her for a bit and then ran the 2miles around the lake, and then bike'd 4miles, and then run half again! it was crazy cold out thur ( Read more... )
