How awesome of you! Have you ever thought of making a simple website of your own to host them on? You could get a zepher account, they're free, all you have to do is apply and prove to the owner that you deserve a spot. You're granted almost unlimited space! :D I'm sure that a "Simple website where I plan to host free, mostly animal themed, mood themes for people to use on livejournal." would pass the bar easily.
