Staraptor's Mood Theme

This is a mood theme featuring Staraptor, the final evolution of the Pokemon Starly. Someone requested this on my journal a while back and I didn't finish it until now. Fully evolved pokemon are harder to pixelize than the smaller cute looking ones :p
