Uhm. Can you go write for Glee?

I'm pretty sure this conversation actually needs to happen on the show.

This was BRILLIANT writing, truly amazing.

I especially loved this line:

"I’m not going to lie; I was interested to meet Shelby Corcoran’s daughter, though that was far outweighed by your incredible singing talent"

So Jesse.
Again. Great job!

Aww, thank you so much for this entire comment. :D

They definitely need some kind of conversation that addresses this topic. I mean seriously. Pretty much every post-Journey fic (chaptered ones, at least) has a version of this. Get on it, Murphy! :P

I'm glad you think so. Even though he's grown up, and matured, and whatnot, he's still Jesse. (:

Thank you again!

I know most have a conversation addressing it but this is actually quite unique. Like I said very well done!

And you, my dear, are one of the reasons why I love shipping St. Berry. Because we have wonderful people like you who have such great insight into everything. (: Thank you, for this - you've definitely gotten what I aimed at while writing. They're not exactly the same as they were, so it can't be what it was before, but with the new people they are comes their new potential and beginnings with each other. I really think they have something special, and like you said, because they're so alike in certain ways, they somehow prosper. :D

And of course they need to bring Jesse back! JGroff will always be welcome on my screen. As for Finn, I think he still has a way to go, as well. :P

I haven't personally come across (m)any rude shippers; I tend to ignore them a lot. I see some occasionally & on tumblr, sometimes. :P

(...) it was so much more and refreshing to see two similar characters with the same uncanny drive thats ultimately self destructive.
THIS WHOLE SENTENCE. A+. And as for Rachel's, er, dramatic personality... in this fic, her jaded, slightly bitter side came out, since he was half the reason she puts up so many walls; generally though, I think that her melodramatic side is still there, she just channels it in a different way, I guess.

I'd hate for her to become the girl next door
YES.

F/R - I actually don't ship them! *sheepish* I'm not against them, though - just overall quite not-minding about the pairing. I can see the appeal - they're both 'innocent' in their own way, and it's simple. I can see why they're one of the OTP's of the show, though, especially in that high school environment, it's almost natural that they gravitate towards each other. Angst is actually part of the reason why I love ( ... )
