The two actors had an outstanding range to their performances, they kept the audience entertained and enraptured along with effective recordings and stage props. Lol! There were quite a few screams in the audience, or laughs because people jumped in their seats during our performance as well. During the mountaining tension and scary bits it added to the atmosphere in the theatre - everyone was absorbed and involved in the story. Which made the added twist on the end physiologically scary and successful because not only had the actor witnessed the ghost in the re-telling, so had the audience.
The Ghost and Mrs Muir is a different type of ghost story, but I am very much looking forward to going to see it at the theatre next month.
