This a wonderful rant about work.
I've been working a lot because of the holidays... and it fucking sucks, ha ha.
I'm in ur movie theaters sellin ur over priced food.
Me: Well me of course.
DB: Douche bag who seems to think he has superiority over everyone else
Me: *cleaning counters, emptying popcorn bins, etc.*
DB: Excuse me mam, I'd like a large popcorn.
Me: I'm sorry but we're closed on this side. *points to big sign right in front of his face that says "Closed - Please Use Other Side"* They can help you on the other side.
DB: I'm don't want to wait in line and you're just standing over here
Me: Umm.. actually I'm cleaning and you can go over there and they can help you.
DB: *walks away mumbling some bullshit*
Tonight our credit card system went down and it was no fun at all.
Me: *gets food* That'll be $#.##
Customer: *hands me credit card*
Me: *Tells customer again that I can't use their credit card because the system is down*
Customer: I think you're lying!
Me: *gives her a wierd look*
Customer: The gal that sold us our tickets used it!
Me: Well she wasn't suppose to. It probably didn't even get charged onto your card.
Customer: I think you're making this up. Let me talk to a manager.
Me: *Wtf... calls for a manager*
Manager: *basically tells her the same thing and then adds that she should shove it up her ass... not really but I wish.*
Ok.. why would I lie about that?
