To the... adult female who cussed out my MoD for parking right next to the shop doors as she loaded me into her car for a trip to Emergency because I'd had a ladder give 'way under me,driven the end of my ulna through the skin when I landed on it and busted the bone in two places, then smacked my head and the top of my pelvic bone when I ended up flat on my back:

(No concussion, and right now they're saying no surgery but they reserve the right to change that if they don't like how future x-rays look.)
