[Cain remembered going to bed last night in his regulation blue pajamas, so he was a little surprised to be waking up in some lovely new ones covered in duck patterns.

Gone was the berth on the colony, no desk and bunk and shower unit, this looked like something out of a housing magazine or the holographic simulator. Padding out of bed, rubbing sleepy blue eyes blearily, he peeked into the next room and was surprised to see a stranger on the bed.]
