harakani has been using it a lot. Apparently, there are a bunch of plugins you can get for it as well, including such useful things as dice rollers.

I'll have a look.

It does bother me though that it all seems to happen on a single HTML page. I haven't experimented with it much yet - but is it possibly to have more than one HTML page? I'd like to have different templates/CSS for different things.

Yes and no.
You can make a custom plugin with your own javascript.
You can then use this to load an alternative HTML page, in this or another window.

Biggest problem I found was that it doesn't print very well... that said I haven't played around much with the new versions.

Printing might be fixable with CSS.
Another alternative is to create an external link in a tiddler - that just links to another TiddlyWiki in the same directory.
