Oooohhhh, beer! (and Mead!)

November 18th, brewing day at my place!!

I'll be making an all-grain beer, an extract beer, and a batch of mead. There are at least three other people coming over to make their own batches of beer and/or mead. I'm really excited!

Feel free to come over anytime that day to just watch, learn, or even brew your own batch.

Other than the generic sickness joke "Germ, Any"... they got great beer there, and lots of it!

Which part are you goig to, north, south? I'm jealous!!

Its just the same ole trip. same place.
it's in southern Germany.
and as far as the beers go.. the Belgians make fare better brews.:)

Just wish I was in on a Declan Brew Workshop.:)

I have Scout training to attend tomorrow, and work on Sunday.. so no Pas for the Declan!

This should be a beautiful spectacle to behold, wish I could be there.

I'll try to have a brew day every three months or so.
