i have that virus thingie again i think, where as soon as i get on my comp it will pop up "system shutdown" & give me a countdown from like 50 seconds. if someone knows how i can get rid of that i will love you forever because i really want to make a proper journal entry & be able to stay online for longer than like, two minutes. i remember there

just read the instructions that you find on that page and you should be fine hopefully :).
