Tch. That was definitely something I could have done without. [And yes, he does know the curses don't exactly give him much of a choice but whatever. There's some bitterness in his tone right there because of the Family Day curse that he'd been affected with this weekend]

[ She asks out of curiosity and some worriment, but mostly the first part. She's confident Sasuke can handle what comes towards him, but that still doesn't make her concern go away. After all, he's a former teammate and the person she's in love with. There'll always be concern. ]

I know. [ She remains patient, even if she may feel a bit saddened by the curt answer. She pins for the days where Sasuke would probably openly state what happened to him, where her and the rest of team seven closely bonded with each other. Of course, those days were long gone but it was the briefest taste that always revitalized her wishes. This conversation may have just set the new record for briefest taste. ]
