Here's my first shot at a picture... did it work? i hope it did.
anyway... ummmmm no running today, maybe a light jog tonight, if it's not too windy. by wednesday though i'll start up my running again. probally logging about 15 miles in the first week (wed - sun).

i know that no one reads my journal anymore. maybe thats for the better. but i'm going to open it up again to create another type of running log and a way to interact with other runners. this doesn't mean i will keep out all others. but the main purpose of this is what i stated above.
