I am huge into the Frizz-Ease products lately. They seem to be giving me consistant good curl days, which I don't think I've ever had!

That's pretty much what I do. I've used Argan oil, too, and my hair drinks it up.

What shops did you go to?

you've been using the cone and sulfate free shampoos and conditioners too? what brand(s) have you been using and do you like them?

i'll have to try argan oil. thanks!

i got the flax seed gel from here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/BotticelliBotanicals

and cone and sulfate free shampoo and conditioner from here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/purelybeauty

haven't gotten either in the mail yet so i have no idea if i'll like them or not. we will see!

I am currently using Organix. I really really don't like them. The conditioner SUCKS! I mean, my hair doesn't look bad and it feels healthy enough - it just doesn't feel good when it's in my hair. The shampoos are nice, the conditioner is terrible.

I've tried a few other sulfate/silicone free products and they were muuch better than this brand. I just can't remember the names.

Thanks for the links! I desperately need new conditioner, obviously! ;)

If it's wonderful, let us know!

thanks for the heads up re: organix.

i'll def post if i like it. not sure if it's cone and sulfate free BUT i love love love mixed chicks deep conditioner. it makes my hair soft and shiny! you should def check them out.

have you tried aubry organics honeysuckle rose? it's cone and sulfate free and it comes in shampoo and conditioner. i liked their conditioner but felt like their shampoo didn't cleanse as much as i wanted. that brand gets talked about a lot on NC so it might be worth a try.
