Does anyone know a decent method for smoothing curly hair into waves? I've been braiding it at night and that's helped a little bit. What would you recommend? Velcro rollers?

I really don't know anything about hair styling. How does one do braids high on the head?

I'm guessing you mean either French braids or single braids in various layers.

There is a product I buy at the salon Redi to Go, or something like, I can't remember the exact spelling, it's something weird. It's one of the few things that tames my hair.

I use 3 products actually. Pantene leave in conditioner. Redi to Go, and a gel for curly hair. On really humid days I'll use BioSilk which is like a miracle for taming wild hair.
