ahh, you caught the icon bug. It goes around sometimes. Sometimes it replaces our icons with really nasty ones. Sometimes we still see our icons but our friends see other ones. Sometimes we see other ones and our friends see ours.
Aw that totally sucks you should put in a request for an electric/fan heater etc. You're not supposed to work if the temperature is below a certain amount (16 degrees Celsius), and you should definitely be provided with the means to warm yourself.
