Unfortunately, most of the ones around here that aren't very well sheltered have been literally shredded and blown away by the late Winter wind storms we've had in the past two weeks, including today.
Oh I recognise the problems - and sympathise.
These flowers are all in sheltered spots - although our winter of winds like that is drawing to a close, I hope; it hasn't been that windy for about 10-12 days now and the forecast for the next week or so shows nothing more than about 15mph.

And I see you can get locally milled flour, that's also very nice because then you know it's fresh.
