I want pancakes now. For breakfast. *g*
I really like the picture of the sea and the railing/barrier, too.
Mmm... snowdrops. Is it nearly spring yet?

I could just go pancakes for breakfast too!

I was pleased with that picture. I took a couple of the legs of the pier but they weren't as good as I had hoped, whereas this one did work.

I d worry for the snowdrops - now they are in flower we might, just might, get snow.

Scottish raspberry coulis sounds very posh. Also the chocolate sauce sounds delicious.

I really like that sea/barrier photo.

Both the coulis and the sauce worked very well. Saved waiting until ice-cream weather!

I was pleased with the way that picture worked.

I thought, by the time I'd got that lot out of the cupboard/fridge, that it was enough - the syrup stayed on the shelf :)

I note that they're now doing flavoured versions of golden syrup too!

Those are some fancy pancake toppings!! This year I bought half-price premade pancakes from Waitrose! Which feels very lazy but oh well! Last year I remember I was sick after our pancake supper as I was pregnant... What a difference a year makes!

Give it only a few more years and Grace can help you stir the mixture and even toss a pancake - as long as it is well cooked first :)

Raspberry coulis is very, very, good on pancakes!
