On the other hand, she is disappointment on the lack of uniforms. It doesn't really match what she's used to see regarding groups that are terrorizing a village. Also, this guy seems to have no worries about warning people about the Blue Rogues despite claiming that they have muscled they way in and terrorize the people there. Either he's stronger than them -which makes one wonder why he hasn't done something about them- or they aren't really so scary. Either way Bulma has no immediate plans to mess with that, she will have to be careful... And manage to get Goku to be careful too.]
