found this recipe for absinthe cupcakes, and wishing i had the defining ingredient, because I'm dying to try them out! and they're festively green for st pat's :)
The last cupcakes I made were a simple chocolate recipe but instead of water/milk, I poured in some Raspberry schnapps. They turned out really well, good luck with yours! :)
i made an orange and french vanilla rum bundt cake with rum glaze...i switch out the orange for lime sometimes. Just throw some zest of whatever citrus fruit you want into a vanilla cake mix and halve the called-for-liquid (if milk or oil) and throw in rum for half instead...it adds a really nice flavor :)
