And I really like your baking cups. They remind me of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups... now you HAVE to bake chocolate peanut butter cupcakes! :)

I could post the recipe.. but it was done by trial and error!
Bailey's Whipped Cream Icing
300ml Thickened cream (or any other whippable cream)
1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream (Less if too liquidy)
3 tablespoon icing sugar (more if not sweet enough)
2 teaspoon cornflour (if too liquidy)
Pour cream into bowl, add bailey's, sift icing sugar and corn flour. Beat till pipable consistancy (add more cornflour or icing sugar, or reduce the amount of bailey's before hand to desired consistancy).
The icing was just sweet and baileyish enough for me though. And as it was warm that day, the icing kinda melted. So if it is cold in your area, it shouldn't have a problem (I think
