Blueberry White Tea Cupcakes
My husband loves the flavoured white tea from Starbucks, hot or iced. I was worried that the white tea flavour in the cake wouldn't be strong enough, or that it would be bitter, but it came through really nicely. Sweet, light, white tea cupcakes with blueberry filling and white tea marshmallow frosting.
I used mostly organic ingredients... I love the taste of organic cane sugar in cupcakes.
