The lemon cream cheese frosting for the margarita cupcakes was on wilton.com, and the one for the white chocolate cream cheese frosting was here: http://community.livejournal.com/curiouscupcakes/110321.html#cutid1 I did alter the cupcake recipe a tiny bit by putting in a 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and a 1/2 tsp raspberry extract instead of 1 tsp vanilla.

What are red velvet cupcakes?

They're basically just chocolate cakes that have been dyed red. (and I make mine with a touch of raspberry.)

Loved the cupcakes, had to try the margarita one's. They turned out wonderful, except for all the left over frosting.
