Pull-apart cupcakes...the results

 Hi again....so I gave the pull-apart Puffin cupcakes a go and here's how they turned out.  Everyone seemed to love them.  :)

That looks awesome! were they difficult to ice?

It wasnt as hard as you might think. What I did was put a big glob of icing in the middle of each cupcake then worked my way out on each cupcake. Then once each one had its base layer I smothed the whole surface as much as I could, adding icing as I went.
