Since joining this community it has inspired me to bake more and more. I was always quite the baker, my grandmother taught me how, from cookies, to cake to pie all made from scratch. I worked in a bakery in college and learned how to decorate...though I am severely out of practice

4 jars Marshmallow Cream (started with 2 and it was just too runny so I added two more and it had a better consistancy)
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water
Now so you know I used this on 48 cupcakes and had a ton of the drizzle left over (going to try to use it for something else so it doesn't go to waste) so you may want to cut the ingredients in half.

I used the banana cupcake recipe from the above link and then a modified version of creamcheese icing.

I took out the orange joice and zest and added a liberal amount of cinnamon instead until it tasted right to me.
