I assume you've picked up everything you're interested in from the Baen free library? A huge part of their backcatalog is available as free e-books, in multiple formats.

Yeah - I went through it a few years ago, and ended up not liking most of what I grabbed. I should probably check again, though.

In the non-fiction pile (though I don't know about its availability as an ebook), there's a book that came out recently which I think is called The End of Aid. The author's premise is about the current framework of foreign aid being a detriment to the internal development of the countries receiving it.

Havent read it yet so I don't know if I agree with her arguments or not but I'd be interested to find out what they are.
