fast & easy recipe for sweet breakfast crepes. great for when you don't have time to wait two hours for the batter to "rest" in the fridge.

i used to make these in the mornings for my girlfriends. i've been told it's a wonderful thing to wake up to, the smell of crepes and coffee.

Less than a week ago I mused aloud, "I need to find a really good recipe for crepes so I don't have to wing it each time."

Our cookbooks are in boxes and will remain there until we move to a new apartment. Thank you thank you thank you.

By the way, any idea what the difference is between crepes and blintzes?
