Hello my darling dears. This is a promised post of Vast Importance.
This is Izzy's Information Permissions Post. I'm sorry for the wall of text, but this is important!
Now before we get to the forms and all that, let's get to the low down of how all this works. Izzy loves nothing more than getting to the truth of the matter of anything. She's a sneaky sneak! Your conversations are all at risk of an eavesdropping little bat, and she feels no remorse about it!
Not to worry though, your private computron conversations are safe. She lacks the skills for hacking. For now.
But outside of her own means, she has access to a wide underground information network. You know all those Zubats and Golbats you use all those repels on? Yeah. They're a wealth of information and they play the best damn game of telephone you've ever heard. If you're from the Pokemon regions, chances are Izzy already has a ton of crap on you. If you're in cahoots with Team ____? I'm sure you can remember how many grunts keep those bats around.
The important thing to note is that neither Izzy or the network have any obligations to anyone. They will tell you anything you want to know about Team Rocket, but they can just as easily tell Team Rocket anything they want to know about you.
Does that mean your non-Pokemon character is off the hook? No, not really. Izzy likes networking. Give her some time, and she'll be making friends with your local keese and your swoopers and your North American bats. Izzy has lived a lot of her life in FDC, so there's a chance she already knows some stuff if your character has been around for a while.
BUT she likes to get things done herself. Bats easily go unnoticed, and she has remarkable hearing. To put things in perspective, she's a bat version of Ulki. Instead of miles and miles, picture the radius of a large banquet hall. Unlike Ulki, who keeps the information he learns to himself, Izzy is constantly ready to let things slip at a moment's notice. Now your dudes only really have anything to worry about if someone asks something.
What does this mean for you? If you've ever wanted something to get made public for whatever reason, or a plot to get rolling, or some JUICY CONFLICT, Izzy is your one stop shop. She's not incredibly public about her services, but once you find out… she's your girl.

Publishable?: Yes/No. If any info is relevant to school interests (a current event or something of that nature), can an article be written for the school paper? I will probably end up asking you about things as they happen anyway, unless you specify that anything goes. This basically pertains to Open Logs, as she will be in Every Open Log Ever. It will only be the school paper unless you come to me with the idea of venues :Dc
Stage One: The easy stuff. Things that everybody might not know, but could essentially be considered public knowledge. ("I get lost in caves." "I I ran a criminal organization." "I enjoy parfaits." "These are my siblings.") I WOULD CONSIDER MOST THINGS THAT COULD BE FOUND ON A FAME CHECKER TO BE STAGE ONE.
Stage Two: Harder stuff. Things that they might try to keep to themselves, but wouldn't be entirely torn up if people knew. Relatively. (Crushes. "Don't tell anyone but I am afraid of llamas." "I have seven toes.")
Stage Three: The stuff that Izzy would have to dig for. ("I feel like starting up my murder ring again today hmmm." "MY REAL NAME IS…" "I'M PART BIRD.")
Stage Four: What you don't want her to find out. She'll still try, but I won't let her get to that nugget of truth unless you change your mind.
