I'm almost certain I don't "get" all of it. Like, on the detail level, there are many things that I think fly straight past me. But the overall product is just insanely fabulous. I love it like I loved Constantine, and for many of the same reasons.

Thank you for the offer. I have, courtesy of _night_watch_ and narrauko, got my hands on a BitTorrent of a file of it. This may or may not work. *G* At the moment, I'm hopeful. There may yet be screams of rage. One day, I'll have a legal copy of it myself. This may necessitate getting a DVD player... but it'll be worth it. *G*

i am so upset i checked the paper again today, just in case you were blind. NO MOVIE. we shall have to scour the markets of farthest cathay for a version.

Loved it. A lot. Thought it was one of the best movies I've seen all year. (Afraid I don't speak Russian, though. Though I would love to.)
