We had a similar tourism experience in Cardiff. Everyone who heard our accent assumed we were there to watch the Ashes and of course we hadn't even know they were being played. The town was packed with Aussies.

I totally forced Boo and our two companions to go to Canary Wharf with me. Sadly, it's a rather large place, and i didn't quite get the viewpoint I wanted.
