I actually felt actively good today! It's so long since that happened, I don't quite know what to do with myself. If I eat or drink something I might jinx it, which makes me feel rather Alice-in-Wonderland-ish, except more emo ( Read more... )

you know you can take a picture you like and have it blown up to poster size right? of anything or anyone you like. hell, you can cover up the t&A if you like.

Yes, but that requires effort and me doing art and stuff. Which obviously I can do, but I was hoping to spend some money on other people's talent. Fortunately, dalekboy has made me an offer I can't refuse! :)

I could offer to render you up a tardis in a nebula or asteroid field or something similar. If you liked it, I could do a big render that you could get printed out.

Oh, wow. Thank you! That would be utterly awesome! There's even a printer on campus who does posters, so it would be dead easy to get printed.

I love the asteroid or nebula idea, but if you need further inspiration, I would also be kind of thrilled to get a Warholesque TARDIS. You know, like the famous Marilyn Monroe prints, with six versions of the same photo tinted in different colours? As I'm into remix, having a TARDIS done like that would be awesome. I have no idea if it's even possible, though, or if it's something you'd enjoy doing. I'd rather have art on my wall that you loved to make, so if it's an idea that turns you right off, then go with something you love instead. If you love making it, I will surely love looking at it. :)

Interestingly, the Warholesque idea did actually occur to me, but figured you had the Princess Leia. It's possible and I'd like doing it.

Two important points. My Tardis is the Hartnell one, so white windows and the St. John symbol on the door. That said, I can change those, but tend not to most of the time, 'cos I like them.

The other is most important. Please feel free to email me and hassle me. I'm giving you full permission to, in fact I'm asking you to. I always have so much on, things tend to slip by the wayside and get forgotten. And this is fairly basic so I should be able to manage it when my brain stops aching.
