I don't think I've actually ever had a chocolate whoopie pie. The name has always bothered me, like snickerdoodles.Those did look incredibly delicious, though. What do they consist of?

You know the top part of a cupcake and how it is sort of sticcky and less cake-y than the other part? Well it is like two of those squished together with icing in the middle. The ones with peanut butter icing are the best. Unless, of course, you are allergic to peanuts in which case they are not delicious but rather quite deadly.

Also, I gotta get me one of those there pies that go whoopie because they sound delicious.

I freaking love lake anne. Anyway..chocolate whoopie pies are probably a lot like ho-ho's except homemade. That's how it looks, anyway.
