So when I got Tang I asked when he needed to have his next round of shots.  She told me he was due in two weeks.  I got him TWO Thursdays ago.  Exactly.  So today I took Tang to the vet.  I HATE going there . . . Do you have to pay for your laminating? At my old school, we just dropped it of at the media center, and it was back the next day. Don't know how it's going to work at the new school. (That's so annoying, having to learn all those silly small things over again)

Oh, and I'm glad you got your assistant situation worked out. I had a parapro for an ESOL class I was teaching, and they kept changing them every few days, or once a week, just as I was starting to get used to them. There's nothing worse than having unreliable help.

Nope, we don't have to pay for laminating (thank God). Or else, mine would never EVER get completed! However, I do NOT get to just drop it off and it's done for me, I have to take it to the work room and do it myself. I think I like it better that I do it myself . . . I feel more in control.

Because this is only my second year, I'm a little unsure of how to proceed with my new assistant. Like, on the first day my last assistant informed ME of what her roles were, which I was okay with. THIS YEAR I have to train my assistant on every aspect of the job. She has no clue how even the most basic things are to be done. It'll be an adventure for BOTH of us.
