And finally, Supernatural's S4 ep 1 begins right here. lol This is how that episode really happened in my head. Kripke just didn't have enough budget to shoot the massive epic rescue.. what with all that computer graphics...
When the camera zoomed out fast to give us a bird's eye view of that symbolic Dean + cross? That was Castiel flying away and going back to his post, perched on some cloud.
Nearer the end, I was having cramps so... I got lazy. I just couldn't not finish. 3am, devils hour ftw lol
P.S.
Buffy can crawl out of her own grave without help. Super powers and all that. But Dean? Totally human. He'd run out of oxygen first before he can manage to crawl out (he already burned what little there was underneath with his lighter in the first place to make it even more difficult), then there was the issue of several feet of soil cascading down on him in that small coffin. I'm very sure of this simply because I saw this 'crawling out of grave' theory get busted in Myth Busters a few years back lawl
