I have to say I wouldn't usually read these pairings (diehard Ryoutarou x Len and Hihara x Hino fan XD) but the word "Western" drew me in.

The most important thing, for me, in a Western is the pacing, and although it's tough to measure that in just the first part, you seem to have got it fairly well done. Perhaps a few of the set-ups were a little quick, but I'm liking where this going. Will definitely be looking forward to the next part!
